6 Months Old

We started out month 6 with a bang. Braden got a nasty respiratory infection right around when he was suppose to go to his well-check appointment. Needless to say, he did not have a well-check and was given a breathing treatment and steroids instead. He rebounded good though and was able to go in for shots and a look over about a week later, and oh how times have changed! We know longer have the peanut as Braden is holding his own! Coming in at a chubby 17lbs 8oz and 26.5inches long he is now in the 75th percentile for weight and 50th for height! But the funniest part is that Braden is coming in at the 90th percentile for his head. The doctor asked us if big heads ran in the family and we just looked at each other and said "Grandpa". The doc said everything looked fantastic! Braden continues to work on getting the hang of crawling and is sitting up like a champ, with the occasional graceful fall!
